Our signature class blends the best of Pilates with a dynamic, full-body workout with a side of feel-good fire. Expect controlled flow, optional cardio bursts, and playful props like bands, weights, and balls to keep things fresh.Open-level class, full-body workout class with minimal breaks aimed to challenge even the most experienced of clients. Modifications will be offered to adapt movements.

GENTLE MOVES

Perfect for Pilates newcomers or those seeking a low-impact flow, Gentle Moves blends strength, stability, and stretch to lengthen and realign the body. Expect fluid movement to unlock tight spots, improve mobility, and leave you feeling lighter and more connected. Open-level and pre/postnatal friendly, with modifications offered throughout.

Strong moves

Slow, controlled, and seriously effective, Strong Moves is a resistance-based, circuit-style workout targeting every muscle group. Expect 30–60 second intervals repeated to refine form, build strength, and boost endurance. Open-level and designed to challenge all fitness levels. Not pre/postnatal friendly; modifications available.
